Leading ethical cleaning and laundry products company Bio-D is celebrating after winning a Green Apple award in a national campaign to find Britain’s greenest companies, councils and communities.

The Sutton Fields based business pitched its project outlining its ISO 14001 environmental management systems success in the Environmental Improvement category against over 500 other nominations and will be presented with a prestigious Green Apple award at a glittering presentation ceremony at the House of Commons on November 15.

In addition to the Green Apple award, Bio-D will be invited to have the winning paper published in the Green Book, the leading international work of reference on envinronmental best practice, so that others around the world can follow their example and learn from their experience.
